This design has been produced as part of a collaboration between Rethink Mental Illness and The Recovery Letters. The Recovery Letters have been collated by author James Withey and written by various contributors, all with the intention to try and alleviate some of the pain of depression, to make the loneliness slightly more bearable and\u00a0above all to\u00a0give hope of recovery. The letters are written from people recovering from depression, addressed to those currently experiencing depression. The letter that this\u00a0particular quote\u00a0has been taken from was written by\u00a0Talia.\u00a0<\/p>
